ABOUT THE POSITION

In this position you will be responsible for the following...

• Unload tools, prepare site materials, and set up equipment
• Follow project instructions from the construction manager or supervisor
• Use construction and maintenance tools and equipment to complete daily tasks
• Safely operate various electrical hand tools, including pressure washers,
• Clean and clear debris from worksites from hazards
• Ensure construction equipment and tools are cleaned and stored properly

THE REQUIREMENTS

In this position you must be able to:

• Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be comfortable climbing up stairs to be able to get access to each unit
• Able to work independently or as an active member of a team
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Take up manual labor tasks and support operations on residential or commercial properties.
• Collect trash, debris, and other waste to keep the site clean and safe.
• Using power tools, assisting in drywall tear outs
• Assisting with installation process on a new construction build

COMPENSATION

• $18.00
