Location: Ottawa or Montreal (Hybrid)

Mandatory: Candidates must hold or be eligible for a Secret Level Canadian Federal Government Issued Clearance.

Skills & Requirements

• Senior Level Web Backend Technologies (Such-as: Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, nginx, Django, GraphQL)
• Senior Level Python Experience + SQL querying
• Database Expertise (PostgreSQL) and Object storage (MinIO, AWS S3),
• Transformation systems, experience: ETL, ELT, DBT, FME
• Cluster technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, Argo Workflows
• Cloud Experience with some of the following services, AWS S3, EKS
• Gitlab and Git – SW Dev tool experience
• CICD Development experience, including Test-Driven Development,
• Experience with GIS systems (QGIS, GeoTIFF, Titiler)
• Experience with database schema migration (Django migration, Alembic),
• Exposure to aerospace or remote sensing
• Documentation Experience
• French/English Bilingual (Nice to Have)
