Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Longueuil, hybrid mode
Salary: $19 per hour + commission program
Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

An established company is seeking a Customer Service Representative for their office located in Longueuil!

Responsibilities:
- Enter customer orders into the database system
- Answer customer inquiries by phone and email regarding products, availability, and pricing
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Provide quality service regarding various products
- Recommend products tailored to customer needs
- Perform other duties related to the position
Requirements:
- Bilingualism required to serve customers outside Quebec and ensure smooth communication with the head office
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service and/or sales
- Availability to work one Saturday and one Sunday per month
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
