Overview: GARDEN CENTRE ASSOCIATE SPAR spring hiring season is here! Come join the fun as our Garden Centre Associate from May through July! We are hiring energetic customer focused employees to work in the Garden Centre at a national retailer. We offer flexible day shifts (mornings or afternoons), full time or part time hours and a competitive hourly rate. Seasonal work May – July Flexible Shifts Full Time and Part Time Hours Paid Training Watering, culling, and caring for plant inventory (primarily flowers and vegetables) Moving/merchandising plant inventory from growers' racks to the retail floor Assist in soil management – pricing, inventory count Additional admin tasks - tracker for watering schedule, sprinkler system functionality Smart Phone Prior work experience in Retail, Merchandising, or Customer Service is an asset but not required Open/flexible availability At SPAR, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all.
