OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Manager, SPR (Service Provider Reporting, the Reporting Program Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of collection data submitted by various programs. This role involves validating data submissions, maintaining threshold standards, verifying supporting documentation, and collaborating with internal teams to meet data accuracy goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create, update, and manage vendor master data, contracts and purchase orders per the executed legal agreements.
  • Implement and maintain thresholds for report validations, and review claims outside of the threshold for approval in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with service providers to obtain necessary information to support the claims, review the supporting documentation and validate the claims accordingly.
  • Maintain and update internal systems on account of contract updates, contact changes, or for adjustment processes.
  • Respond to service provider inquiries related to portal submission guidance, troubleshooting portal errors, or other PO related queries.
  • Conduct trend analysis to examine data stability, uncover new insights and process improvement opportunities; communicate the findings to the internal stakeholders.
  • Work as part of a cross functional team to affect continuous improvement of business processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in data validation and quality control, with a strong understanding of data accuracy standards.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical support teams and understand the technical aspects of data submissions and systems.
  • Excellent time management, organizational and prioritization skills coupled with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively with internal teams and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve data accuracy and validation objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide high quality customer service with the competency to understand and respond in a fair and expedient manner utilizing problem solving skills, tact and diplomacy
  • Advanced problem-solving skills, with ability to apply analytical, constructive, and interpretative thinking to an often-unstructured environment.
  • Must be able to multi-task while remaining fluid /adaptable to changing needs of the department.
  • Ability to translate data to analysis into insight for recommendations.
  • Ability to work with multiple systems and extract data, reconcile and interpret information.
