KEY RESPONSABILITIES

Order Flow Management:

  • Collect the promo launch plan from the marketing to build the order flow
  • Identify gap to last year, sellout opportunity to the KAM

Allocation:

  • Build strategic allocation per door of all promos and launches for all retailers
  • Validate forecast vs plan and adjust retailer quantity if quantity missing and inform RAS/KAMs
  • Create action plan for any quantities left over after a promotion has shipped
  • Responsible of the GWP allocation and shipment in collaboration with the KAM

Master Management:

  • Work closely with Marketing product manager to ensure project is complete and information in thesystem is accurate 20 weeks prior to the project
  • Responsible of the GWP allocation and shipment in collaboration with the KAM

Shipment:

  • Constant contact with customer service to ensure shipment
  • Report missing retailer POs or promo delay from the month to the RAS
