Job Summary:

The Sales Executive at RF Transparent will spearhead our sales initiatives within the construction industry, focusing primarily on our glass railing distribution line. The role demands a proactive approach to generating leads, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and securing new business opportunities. Success in this position will be measured by the ability to meet and exceed sales targets through strategic sales efforts and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Actively seek out and generate new leads for glass railing distribution within the construction industry through research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain robust relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met with our high-quality glass railing solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to create and implement effective sales strategies that boost brand awareness and market penetration.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate contracts and finalize deals, aiming to achieve and surpass sales quotas.
  • Market Analysis: Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for new products and services in the glass railing and construction markets.
  • Sales Reporting: Consistently log sales activities, leads, and client interactions in our CRM system to ensure accurate sales tracking and forecasting.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated B2B sales experience, with a preference for individuals with a background in construction sales, specifically related to glass railings or similar products.
  • Proven ability to independently generate leads and effectively manage a sales pipeline.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a range of clients and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and proficiency in sales reporting tools.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and the capacity to work autonomously.
