We are a Great Place to Work and Better Business Bureau accredited company, and are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Analyst, Asset Management for our sister company, Wistom Capital.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate investment opportunities and manage existing investments, including due diligence processes and counter-party relations.
  • Research potential investment opportunities, providing research on target companies, sectors, industries, and geographies.
  • Manage client expectations in line with contract provisions.
  • Produce reports for Investors, Clients, Project Company Board, and Dealing Representatives.
  • Prepare client presentations, memos, and actively participate in associated client discussions.
  • Maintain marketing materials for the firm, including creating pitch decks for potential clients.
  • Update project operating and financial data, manage project invoicing, and distribute project commentaries.
  • Build, maintain, and manage complex financial models for projects, focusing on incorporating financial and operational updates.
  • Develop asset and project valuations using a variety of approaches.
  • Coordinate with project company management team, banks, lawyers, and LPs.
  • Actively participate in and support business development opportunities.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 4-10 years of industry experience (strong accounting knowledge preferred).
  • BA in Finance or Accounting required. Master completed preferred.
  • Previous Experience in Asset Management role preferred.
  • Completion or in the process of completing at least one of the following programs: CPA, CFA, or CBV.
  • Highly motivated with strong financial/analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and an entrepreneurial disposition.
  • Desire to assume increasing levels of authority and seek solutions to complex problems.
  • Commitment to producing meticulous, accurate, and thorough work products under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional dedication to the firm and its clients.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in both English and Chinese-speaking environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
