We are seeking a Senior Strategy Associate to join our Strategy & Operations team. This role is available to candidates in our Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto hub offices. Our team is broadly responsible for establishing our corporate strategy in partnership with the C Suite, Product, Corporate Development, and Finance as well as scaling Clio's operating rhythm as the company grows. As a Senior Strategy & Operations Associate, you'll be aligned to a set of business segments where you'll support the General Manager/ Product Manager in determining immediate and long term business strategy, facilitating annual planning, setting OKRs, building business / investment cases, and supporting our business review rituals to measure business performance, seize opportunities, and course correct as needed. You have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and are comfortable forming and sharing opinions, but with an open mind to shift thinking as new information comes to light. Support product strategy by building long range strategic plans and supporting product operations & analytics to assess and manage performance as well as R&D ROI Facilitate the synthesis of cross functional research & analysis, summarize strategic insights to develop business cases, and incubate and scale new opportunities Collaborate closely with Product, Corporate Development, and Finance on build, buy, partner decisions Lead execution on partnership opportunities to support early stage expansion 4-6 years work experience in a relevant field (e.g. management consulting, investment banking, strategy & operations, business development) Understanding for how to measure and evaluate performance across all business functions MBA International expansion experience We have developed a series of programs and processes to ensure we are creating fair and competitive pay practices that form the foundation of our human and high-performing culture. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency. *The top portion of the salary band is reserved for employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio.
