Adecco is actively seeking a business-focused Quality Assurance Analyst - Land & Well Management Systems to join our client's team in a full-time capacity. The successful candidate will support the planning, design and execution of system testing of newly selected or existing applications within the Land and Well application ecosystem. Location: Calgary, AB | Hybrid | 4 days in office, 1 day work from homeShifts: Monday to Friday | 40 hours / weekJob type: Full-time | 1-Year contract Here's why you should apply:Free access to our Aspire Academy for continuing professional educationHires fast, pays weekly Vacation pay paid out on each weekly pay cheque Medical and dental benefits once qualifiedFree training programsDuties and Responsibilities: Create project test plan, test cases, scripts, and reports:· Identify test requirements, map test case requirements, and design test plan;· Develop test cases and scripts;· Report on deficiencies and testing progress;· Partner with Solution Designer to validate technical implementation;Execute test plan:· Develop, document, and maintain functional test cases and other artifacts;· Execute and evaluate manual test cases, report results;· Facilitate test plan/case reviews;· Identify and escalate potential quality issues;· Partner with Project Manager:· Create estimate for testing activities;· Contribute to and review project documentation;Manage qTest (Test Management Tool):· Create and setup project;· Manage users and provide training;· Requirements and Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in a related field· Proficiency in various testing types such as data conversion, integration, and regression· Analytical thinking, ability to identify potential risks and gaps· Understanding of Quality Management Software and Processes· Knowledge and experience in technical aspects of software solution testing· Strong technical skills in understanding database models, queries, and testing tools· Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and priorities effectively· Excellent written and verbal communication skills· Team player with conflict management skills· Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada
