Job Summary:

The Director of Maintenance is recognized as the Person Responsible for Maintenance (PRM) by Transport Canada for the Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO). This position is responsible for the safe, legal, and economical operation of all maintenance activities, ensuring that they are carried out in accordance with applicable governing legislation, regulations, policies, and procedures.

Location: Norman Wells, NT

Qualifications:

• Fluent knowledge of CARS and related Transport Canada documents and processes.
• Completion of a Transport Canada approved program in Aviation Maintenance or have received equivalent education or training recognized by Transport Canada.
• +6 years experience in the performance of direct supervision of maintenance activities; six months of which have been obtained within the past 2 years.
• Proficiency with quality & aviation programs, Microsoft, Google, and Adobe applications.
• Demonstrated leadership and conflict resolution abilities.
• Legally entitled to work in Canada.
• Must be willing to relocate to Norman Wells, NT

Compensation: $120-160,000 per annum (commensurate with experience)
