GM BluePlan Engineering Limited LAND DEVELOPMENT PROJECT MANAGER Your Role at GM BluePlan Engineering Limited GMBP is seeking Project Professionals who can contribute to the continued growth with GMBP's land development infrastructure and water resources team and are interested in working collaboratively with a talented team of design, management and technical leaders. This position will support GMBP's land development engineering practice in Southwestern Ontario, which provides services in a wide range of settings. Representing projects for the land development and civil site design for residential, industrial, commercial and municipal sites. Our Guelph and Kitchener offices are looking for a Senior Land Development Project Manager to complement our team in the area of land development and stormwater management system design. Preliminary draft plan of grading, drainage and servicing design plans for land development. Stormwater management system design, analysis and reporting. Manage residential subdivision and site plan developments from preliminary design through construction and assumption. Conceptual, preliminary, and detailed engineering design for various Land Development projects Coordinate with and utilize technical resources within the land development group as project demands. Preparation and review of engineering drawings sets, technical memos, reports, construction plans and specifications. Attend and plan construction meetings and track contractor productivity and schedule.
