About The Role Axiom Builders is currently expanding its team and is actively seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our HR Operations team. This role will play a pivotal part in supporting our dynamic HR department as it embarks on exciting new projects and experiences continuous growth. As such, this candidate will have a unique chance to actively participate in shaping and supporting HR processes and initiatives. Reporting to the HR Manager and working under the guidance and support of multiple HR Advisors, you will take on a diverse array of responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on building relationships while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. The successful candidate will provide crucial administrative support throughout the entire employee life cycle. Monitor our shared HR inbox, promptly respond to inquiries and direct employees and managers to the appropriate HR contact; Maintain and safeguard employee data and HR documentation with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality; Organize, manage and maintain digital employee files; Keep HR processes and guidelines up to date to ensure alignment across the organization; Conduct research and provide insights into improving HR processes, policies, and guidelines based on best practices; Support various HR initiatives and projects, such as performance feedback, assessing HR systems, and creating helpful employee resources. If you are eager to gain exposure into a variety of HR functions andfunctions and contribute to our growing organization, this might be the role for you. 1+ years of hands-on experience within Human Resources (including internships or co-ops); ~ Comfortable utilizing technology like an HRIS system and Excel to pull information and reporting; ~ We're committed to the success and development of our people, and recognize that they are the drivers behind our success. The base salary range for this role may be $55,000 to $65,000, depending on experience, plus a competitive performance-based bonus program.
