The ideal candidate comes with 3 years of Customer Service/Order Desk experience from a manufacturing environment. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (only apply if these hours are doable). Responsibilities: Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat Must have excellent communication skills (English language) Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs Enter orders in AS400 and ensure accuracy Coordinate with shipping to make certain product is out and on its way as per deadlines Handle any complaints, customer concerns, damaged product and returns Data entry in various platforms Qualifications: At least 3- 5 years' of relevant work experience Bilingual in German French, Italian or Portuguese is nice to have Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work AS400 or SAP experience Strong MS Excel/Outlook and ERP Compensation: $50,000-$55,000 + Benefits + RRSP Be the first to be notified about new Customer Service Specialist jobs in Mississauga, Ontario I agree to receive jobs matching this search by email and I agree to the Terms.
