1.0 Description of Assignment

This project requires a senior Training specialist who will develop training material for the new SAP Project System module. Other delta material will also be required to support end user screen changes for other IT systems integrated with this solution.

The Client is implementing the SAP S/4HANA Project Systems module as a part the of the client business modernization. This project is transforming the operations, maintenance cost capture method.

The Specialist will be required to work at 250 Bloor Street East or any other location within the City of Toronto. The specialist will be required to work on site 2 days a week and 3 days remote.

2.0 Skills and Certifications

Mandatory Skills:

• • • Proficiency and familiarity in SAP S/4HANA
    • Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience as a SAP Training Developer/Instructional designer with previous SAP Training development experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience development training materials for the SAP Project Systems module
    • Excellent multi-tasking, time-management, interpersonal, written and oral

communication skills; excellent presentation skills

• • • Experience using Articulate Storyline and other training content development tools

Other skills:

• • SAP Certification

3.0 Assignment Duties

• Develop SAP Training materials for the SAP S/4HANA Project Systems Module and other IT application systems
• Collaborate with the project team to develop the required training material including but not limited to: Training Curriculum, Training Material, Course Outlines, Course Evaluations, etc.
• Prepare training facilities
• Deliver training (as required)
• Report Weekly Progress to the OCM Lead
• Meet regularly with the SAP Training Manager for Training Material Quality Reviews
• Work with the SAP Training Manager to setup Training Curriculum in the SAP SuccessFactors Corporate Learning Centre
• Update training content as required during the course of the project
• Communicate issues, risks to the Project Manager

Deliverables include:

• • • Develop all Training Material Required by the Project
    • Provide Weekly Progress Report
    • Deliver training to project team or end users (as required)
