We are looking for ice cream enthusiasts to join the Front of House team at our Frances St location!

You care about creating exceptional experiences for our guests, every time they visit. You understand that each guest's needs are unique and you are happy to make someone's day.

We're serious about our ice cream, and you are too. You take care and consideration when preparing each order. Your interest in learning about our flavours allows you to speak passionately about them with our guests.

You are ready to contribute to a young and exciting team, with sincerity, care and serious conviction. You care about the environment and social issues.

Key position responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Greeting and interacting with guests
  • Prepping and serving ice cream, sammies and sundaes
  • Operating our POS system, handling cash & credit/debit transactions
  • Opening and closing duties
  • Inspecting, washing and preparing labelled pint jars
You are:
  • An enthusiastic people person and a team player
  • Comfortable with repetitive motion
  • Able to lift up to 20 lbs, reasonable accommodations will be made for any employee when necessary
  • Available for weekends and evenings
COVID-19 Safety Considerations:
  • Disposable masks are provided
  • Increased hand-washing on shift is highly recommended, and hand sanitizer is provided to guests
  • Paid sick days are provided
Compensation and Benefits:
  • The starting wage for this position is $16.75/hour + tips
