The Role: - Category Executive The purpose of this role is to support the development of category plans that deliver value to the business through strategies, data, and analytics.Day to day, you could be:

• Researching the market and understanding where to position the brand and recognise what improvements need to be made.
• Identifying and delivering future sustainable and profitable growth through customer performance improvements.
• Working closely with colleagues in the development of future profitable plans and strategies.
• Turning strategies into key initiatives that will increase net sales and profitability.
• Analyse and create reports from projects to share with colleagues.

The Requirements:

• At least 2 years' experience in a similar role or a relevant degree and the willingness to learn and progress in your career.
• Analytical and data driven mind with a passion for results and numbers.
• Strong experience with Excel and spreadsheets.
