We're looking for a tenacious,results-driven individual that is successful at selling through listening andunderstanding our customers' needs. The Account Manager will position themselfas a trusted advisor and build value-added relationships to provide solutionsin the client's best interest.

Tasks and Responsibilities

· Build relationships,uncover business opportunities within Canadian and US markets. Focusing onglobal customers in telecommunications.

· Become familiar andadept in presenting our core.

· Tracking all activityand results through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software withdaily call reports, weekly work plans and monthly analysis reports submitted tomanagement.

· Attend andsuccessfully complete all required sales, product and process trainingsessions.

Qualifications

  • A diploma in Sales or in Business orin a related field.
  • Experience with JIRA, Deskpro and SAPan asset.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales role.
  • Knowledge of Layer 1 and 2 WANServices, Internet and deep understanding of Global and National TelecomEcosystems.
  • Strong analytical skills andproblem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills in order to multitask/prioritize and work under tighttimelines.
  • Effective communication in English& French skills written, verbal and listening.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship buildingabilities.
