Key Responsibilities Include:
- Undertaking electrical engineering and design in line with all current local legislation and Client standards.
- Assisting with the preparation of design drawings in collaboration with draughting team.
- Working with the project team to assist with engineering and technical queries.
- Performing site surveys alongside Senior Engineers at project sites during the design phase
- Undertaking electrical engineering calculations such as cable sizing, lighting, short circuit study, protection coordination study with associated electrical software programme with suitable offline checks with guidance from Senior Engineers.
- Regularly inform Senior Engineers, Lead Engineers, Design Engineers, Project Engineers, or Head of Electrical Engineering of technical activities
The role is best suited to Electrical Engineering graduates supporting various exciting projects across the country, including in London, M4 corridor, Wales, Cornwall, Birmingham and Oxford.
