Senior Electrical Engineer Position at CSG Talent

CSG Talent is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join a large EPCM company in Texas, with a focus on mining and energy projects. Relocation assistance is available for Canadian citizens.

Job Purpose

This multi-discipline project development and execution company is committed to providing superior solutions to clients' challenges. Initially focused on electrical design, the company has evolved into multi-discipline engineering, architecture, and more.

The Senior Designer will be responsible for:

1. Coordinating discipline technical efforts on multiple large projects
2. Leading design activities
3. Participating in proposal-type work
4. Engaging in pre-planning and initial specification/bidding

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited College or University
• 10-15 years of experience in industrial, distributed generation, and mining
• Experience in designing high, medium, and low-voltage electrical systems
• Professional Engineering registration or the ability to obtain within 1 year
• Proof of US Citizenship for federal contractor compliance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• General understanding of engineering drawings and specifications
