Our client, a boutique Real Estate Developer, is looking for aDevelopment Coordinator to join their growing team.With a real estate portfolio that encompasses residential and commercial properties across Canada, you will touch all projects and receive robust development exposure not otherwise found in large environments.

Senior Development Coordinator Duties & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Development Manager to create and maintain proformas, line-item budgets, project briefs, and schedules.
• Handle meeting minutes, scheduling, and other administrative tasks.
• Work in a team environment alongside other departments, reporting directly to the Development Manager.
• Assist with due diligence and development feasibility analysis studies.
• Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a constantly changing environment.
• Assist in drafting presentations and reports.
• Optimize resources effectively to achieve project objectives.
• Bring innovative ideas to enhance development strategies.
• Analyze federal and municipal policies.

Senior Development Coordinator Qualifications:

• Construction Project Coordination experience an asset
• Self-motivated individuals with a high degree of initiative.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills and a sense of humor.
• Exhibit an excellent work ethic, attention to detail, and a strong moral compass.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to excel in both individual and group settings.
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in the development industry, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Critical thinkers with a focus on results.
• Organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Projects and graphic design skills preferred.
