Key Responsibilities:
- Introduce RVT protocols to the practice
- Provide mentorship and training to veterinary assistants
- Collaborate with the medical team to deliver exceptional patient care
- Assist with surgical procedures, laboratory diagnostics, and client education
Qualifications:
- Hold a diploma in Veterinary Technolo gy
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a small animal practice
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
