What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Developing and improving tools tailored for mobile development to enhance the productivity of engineering teams working with JavaScript and React Native
- Constructing and maintaining a streamlined code deployment pipeline that facilitates rapid iteration from development environment to production, emphasizing best practices in testing, security, and code quality
- Contributing to the strategic decision-making process regarding the selection and integration of JS and mobile development tools and services
- Helping expand the mobile operations infrastructure, ensuring it is secure, efficient, and capable of scaling to meet the demands of a growing user base
- Experience with cloud services and infrastructure management tools suitable for mobile applications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Mobile development skills with a solid grasp of JavaScript and experience with React Native
- Experience with mobile development environments and tools (e.g., Xcode, Android Studio, Fastlane)
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools specifically for mobile development (e.g., GitLab CI, Expo)
- Familiarity with JS and mobile software package management and build tools (e.g., Yarn, npm, CocoaPods)
- Understanding of mobile app testing frameworks and mobile DevOps practices
