Role: PC Refresh Technician

Brief role description:

Team will focus on PC refresh
Working through a refresh schedule.
Preparing new assets (imagine and configuration)- Window 10 and Mac
Packaging & shipping of assets.
Coordinating with users: Calling team member to advise of shipment and walk through assets setup/data transfers if necessary
Coordinating with users: Assets collection/follow-up for collection

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:
Monday to Friday

Experience:
IT support: 5 years (preferred)
French: 5 years (preferred)
