Job Duties: Organize, plan, direct and control the construction project according to the project is scheduled and specifications and budget is defined Prepare and submit the budget estimate of a construction project Develop and implement quality control programs Generate and plan the construction schedules and milestones Monitor the progress regularly against the established progress sheet Negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements with architects, clients consultants, supplier etc Prepare the contracts and Issue the established progress sheet to clients and let them know with ongoing progress Handle the purchase of land acquisitions and building materials Job Requirements: University Degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma in construction technology with 1 to 2 years experience in the Construction industry including some supervisory experience Or Secondary school education with 3 or more years' experience in the construction industry Good Communication skills and leaderships skills are must Job Terms: Wage: $45.50 per hour Full time, Permanent position Job Locations: 8449-122St Surrey, BC - V3W and various locations in lower mainland Hours: 40 hours per week.
