Our client is the leading exhaust fan manufacturer in Canada and is looking for an experienced Tool and Die Maker to work in their Woodbridge office!

Responsibilities:
Conduct test runs with completed tools or dies to ensure that parts meet specifications.
Cut, shape, and trim blanks or blocks to specified lengths or shapes using power machinery and equipment.
Measure, file, grind, shim, and adjust different parts to properly fit them together.
Fit and assemble parts to make, repair or modify dies, jigs, gauges, and tools using machines and hand tools.
Inspect finished dies for smoothness, contour, conformity, and defects.

Pay rate : $30hr - $36hr Based on experience.

Shift: Mon-Fri, 8 am - 4.30 pm

Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Die Maker
Must be experienced in a similar role in an industry-related manufacturing environment.
Must be computer proficient in all Microsoft applications, AutoCAD, and Adobe.
Excellent organizational, planning, time management, and decision-making skills.
Ability to take direction and instruction from the Plant Production Supervisors.
Able to read, write, and communicate in English clearly

NOTE: Only applicants legally entitled to work full time in Canada, residing in GTA, and currently possessing the required paperwork to commence work immediately will be considered.

Pay: $30.00-$36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Morning shift
