Morison Insurance is currently seeking a Commercial Lines CSR to join our team of insurance professionals! Please note this role is 100% onsite, based out of our St. Catharines office.

Position Responsibilities

We are looking for a team player who can manage the following responsibilities:

Working closely and supporting Account Managers
Processing Certificates of Insurance
Processing and invoicing endorsements, new business, cancellations, and renewals
Maintaining an accurate and up to date abeyance system.
Manage Renewal Lists for Account Managers
Order driver reports
Setting up Epic accounts
Ongoing commitment to expand your insurance industry knowledge

Skills & Requirements For You To Succeed

RIBO license required (or willing to obtain)
Prior Commercial Lines experience would be an asset
Strong organizational and time management skills are imperative in this role
Ability to meet deadlines and targets consistently
A positive and keen attitude to meet customer needs
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
Experience with Epic would be an asset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Effective communication skills
