Our busy manufacturing client is growing. Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager you will be the key contact with their French speaking customers through telephone, email and fax. You will process customer orders accurately and promptly, follow up with customers regarding existing orders and delivery dates. You are bilingual English/French both verbally and written , have exceptional customer service and data entry skills coupled with above average communication skills.
