Job Duties: Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met. Carry out administrative activities of our company Beeline Financial Corporation Assist in the preparation of operating budget and budgetary controls Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures Co-ordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocations, equipment, supplies and forms May train staff Job Requirements: - Completion of Secondary School 1-2 years of experience is required Terms of Employment:- Position: Full-time, Permanent Wage: - $30.00 per hour- 40 hours per week. Overtime starts after 40 hours per week.
