Job Title : Office administrator (NOC 13100) Vacancies : 1 position available Term of Employment : Full Time & Permanent Anticipation Date : As soon as possible Office location : 9812- 40 ST SE Calgary, AB T2C 2P3 Wages : $29.85 per hour (40 hours per week) Job requirements: Languages English Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience 1 year to less than 2 years Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities Fast-paced environment, Attention to detail Personal Suitability Flexibility, Reliability, Organized Specific Skills Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiently and compliance to company policies. Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance, Strong ability to take initiative, create work priorities, and make sure that the deadlines are met. Ability to maintain professionalism and cordiality when working with others Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets Respond to queries and issues arising from the operation How to apply: By email:
