Responsibilities: - Assist in mechanical and repair of trucks, buses, and other heavy-duty vehicles. - Learn to perform scheduled maintenance and inspections on vehicles. - Assist in diagnosing, repairing, and replacing faulty components, parts, and systems. - Support testing and adjustment of vehicle systems and components. - Complete repair/service orders to maintain accurate invoices of service performed. - Maintain shop cleanliness as a team. - Customer service of inquiries, updates, billing, and changes. - Follow all safety guidelines and regulations under the supervision of senior technicians.
