QMS Specialist

What You'll Do:

• Developing, reviewing, and updating quality manuals, procedures, and documents.
• Conducting audits, inspections, and tests to verify compliance and identify issues.
• Analyzing data and reports to evaluate performance and suggest improvements. Providing training and guidance to staff and stakeholders on quality matters.
• Collaborating with other departments and external parties to resolve quality problems and implement corrective actions.
• Reporting on quality outcomes and initiatives to management and customers

What You Bring:

• University degree in Engineering
• Strong knowledge of QMS and quality tools

• Skilled in developing PFMEAs, control plans, and process documentation

• Identifies breakdowns in internal processes and systems that directly impact customer service and quality

• Experience in the automotive or manufacturing sector

• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards
