Staff Pharmacist $68-70/hr, Nanaimo BC

$68 to $70/hr, plus a $10K signing bonus and a $7.5K retention bonus. That's what's on the table for a Staff Pharmacist role in the Nanaimo and Duncan area of British Columbia.

I'm Leon Alexander, a recruiter with RPI Consulting Group, and I'm running this search for a leading retail pharmacy group. Two bonuses on this one, plus island living, in a well supported store serving a growing coastal community.

Here is what is on the table:
$68 to $70/hr base pay
A $10K signing bonus, plus a $7.5K retention bonus
RSP plan with 4% of base salary contributed
Annual bonus plan
4 weeks paid time off
Full benefits with medical and dental coverage from day one
Licensing and insurance covered
$2,500 tuition reimbursement, plus additional credentialing support
Relocation reimbursement available

The Nanaimo and Duncan area gives you Vancouver Island at its best, a harbour city, the Cowichan Valley's farms and vineyards, and mild coastal weather while most of the country is under snow.
