Afternoon Shift Team Leader

Our client, Cannabis Manufacturing Industry is seeking a Afternoon Shift Team Leader to join their team. As an Afternoon Shift Team Leader, you will be part of the Finishing & Packaging team supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership presence, a commitment to safety and quality, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment-aligning successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Afternoon Shift Team Leader

Location: Stayner, ON

Pay Range: $23.07/hour

Shift: 4:30pm - 1:00am, Monday to Friday

What's the Job?

• Lead and motivate the Finishing & Packaging team to meet production goals
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company standards throughout finishing and packaging activities
• Promote safety, quality, and continuous process improvements on the floor
• Oversee cannabis weighing and packaging activities to support accurate, consistent output
• Manage computerized inventory and order processing (ERP), while maintaining cleanliness and completing required documentation

What's Needed?

• Previous experience leading or supervising a team (required)
• Completion of High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail to support accurate packaging and documentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently and as a team member; must be able to clear a criminal records check and have own transportation
