Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and motivated full-time driver to support our growing business. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the driver ensures the safe, timely, and efficient collection of waste while delivering quality customer service.

Job Requirements:
- Completion of high school (post-secondary courses or diploma considered an asset);
- 1-2 years of driving experience in the waste industry;
- 5 years of driving experience in a DZ vehicle (preferred);
- Experience with Front-End vehicles (preferred);
- Knowledge of the industry is an asset;
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer focus skills;
- Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and work safely.
Responsibilities:
- Complete assigned daily routes safely and in a timely manner.
- Drive to customer sites, set, lift, and empty bins into front-end vehicle, and return bins to original location.
- Transfer waste to the appropriate transfer station, landfill, or drop-off location, following all facility protocols.
- Satisfy customer service needs in accordance with established policies.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (may require climbing truck ladder to inspect loads).
- Perform driver check-ins and complete accurate daily paperwork at the end of the day.
- Maintain communication with operations management and report any issues.
- All other related duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
