You will execute electrical system design mainly in heavy industries:

120 V, 600 V, 4.16 kV, 25 kV distribution
Power supply for various motor loads
Heating cables
Generators
Lighting
Grounding
Electrical studies

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
0 to 3 years experience in the field
Member of the professional engineering order of a Canadian province
Fluency in French and English required occasionally since the person will collaborate with colleagues and clients outside of Quebec, both written and oral.

Description of qualifications

Good knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code (asset)
Experience in medium and/or high voltage (asset)
Relevant experience in consultant engineering firms and heavy industries (asset)
Ability to communicate and work in teams
Passionate about the field

Type: Permanent, Full-Time Home office locations available: Montreal, Lévis, Varennes, Trois-Rivières, Rivière-du-Loup, Sherbrooke, Amos, or Rouyn-Noranda.
