Our growing company is searching for top talent to join our team in the role of Sow Barn Manager located near the community of Gladstone, MB.

Your days will include:

Managing overall barn and yard site
Managing staff, delegating duties, performing coaching plans
Meeting production targets
Carrying out feeding and vaccination programs
Managing breeding and farrowing programs
Monitoring proper animal handling
Performing minor maintenance tasks
Maintaining livestock performance records
Perform general on farm duties
Respond to after-hours alarm calls
Other duties as assigned

To succeed in this role, you possess:

Valid Class 5 Drivers License & reliable means of transportation
Self-motivated, well organized and reliable
Strong communication skills
Good work ethic
A team player, work well with others
Availability to work rotating weekend shifts
An experienced Swine Technician (2 years minimum)
