Location: Edmonton, AB
Contract: ASAP until December 30th
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Job Summary
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join a busy medicine distribution facility in Edmonton, AB. This is a 3-month contract opportunity supporting the day-to-day movement, organization, and distribution of pharmaceutical products.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming pharmaceutical products.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for shipment.
Ensure products are handled and stored according to company procedures.
Verify quantities, product information, and shipping documentation.
Assist with loading and unloading shipments as required.
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
Follow all workplace health, safety, and pharmaceutical handling procedures.
Perform inventory counts and assist with stock reconciliation.
Work collaboratively with warehouse and distribution team members.
Complete other general warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous warehouse, distribution, logistics, or order-picking experience is an asset.
Experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare distribution environment is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Ability to lift and move boxes/products as required.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
