A career as a Senior Financial Planning Advisor in the Financial Planning Support team at National Bank means acting as a specialist in coaching, guidance, and professional support for advisors and financial planners to promote excellence in financial planning practices.

Your role
- Support, coach, and guide advisors and financial planners in the effective use of current and future financial planning tools, including Conquest Planning.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain financial planning processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance advisor effectiveness and client outcomes.
- Collaborate with investment advisors and financial planners to promote industry best practices and high professional standards.
- Participate in financial planning supervision and compliance activities, including reviewing client files and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Support the team responsible for the preparation and delivery of retirement planning reports and retirement plans.
- Review, update, and enhance client-facing and advisor-facing guidance materials, tools, and educational resources.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Financial Planning, Wealth Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a closely related advisory environment.
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP ) designation or Financial Planner (Pl. Fin.) designation.
- Advanced knowledge of financial planning software, particularly Conquest Planning.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Extensive knowledge of financial planning methodologies, wealth management strategies, and industry best practices.
