Construction Painter Supervisor

Brown Eagle Painting Ltd located at 60 Ave, Surrey BC V3S1R4, has an immediate vacancy for the position of Construction Painter Supervisor.
Position details are as follows:

Job Title: Construction Painter Supervisor
Number of Vacancies: 1
Location of work: Job requires onsite at various job sites within the lower mainland with a base at 60 Ave, Surrey BC V3S1R4.
Job Type: Full time, permanent position with 30-40 hours per week.
Compensation: $39/ hour. Overtime at the rate of 1.5 times after 8 hours per day/40 hours per week.

Key duties:

. Supervisor and coordinate the activities of the painters and helpers
. Organize daily work activities, prepare work schedules, and assign tasks to employees based on project requirements.
. Monitor painting projects from start to completion and ensure that work is completed efficiently, on schedule, and according to required quality standards.
. Estimate labour, material, and equipment requirements and assist with determining project costs.
. Review work progress and resolve work-related issues that may arise at the job site.
. Requisition materials and supplies.
. Provide adequate training, information, and instruction about the job duties and safety procedures to the employees.
. Prepare and maintain progress reports and provide updates regarding project status.
. Ensure all safety measures are being met at the worksite

Job Requirements:

. Education: Completion of High School
. Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience
. Language: English
