Overview
Join Our HR Team as an HR Advisor!
Are you an HR professional who enjoys supporting leaders, navigating employee relations, and helping create consistent and positive workplace practices? As an HR Advisor with CarePartners, you'll provide HR support to leaders and employees across Ontario, with a focus on employee and labour relations, performance management, workplace investigations, leaves and return-to-work support, and grievance administration. Reporting to an HR Business Partner, you'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships, provide practical HR guidance, and contribute to a collaborative HR team supporting a diverse, multi-site organization.
This is a full time position.
This position would have in-office requirements 1-2 days per week.
