We are looking for an Internal Accounts Coordinator (Transactional Accounts) who will report to the Team Leader, Internal Sales Support, North America. In this role, you'll play a key part in managing financial transactions, supporting internal account activities across BRP's business network, and contributing directly to BRP's operational excellence.
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Execute and manage credit, debit, and rebilling transactions across various BRP departments.

  • Provide transactional support for Government, Uncharted Society, and designated corporate or public sector accounts.

  • Ensure accurate processing of orders, invoicing, billing activities, and data compliance.

  • Support internal teams throughout the order-to-delivery process, including Initial Orders (I/O), OMS management, and reorder programs.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Shipping, Finance, Network Development, Go-To-Market) to optimize sales operations.

  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities to enhance order management processes and transactional efficiency.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • A college diploma or university degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Professional experience in sales support, order management, accounts administration, or ERP systems such as SAP.

  • Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail.

  • A self-motivated team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

  • Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken). Knowledge of English is required because you will provide transactional support across BRP's North American network and collaborate with teams across the region.
