Warehouse Associate

Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and warehousing industry, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the operations support team, contributing to efficient material handling and organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Burnaby, BC
Pay Range: $27.85
Shift: Mon to Fri, between 7:00am to 3:30pm

What's the Job?

• Loading, unloading, and moving materials via freight elevators
• Unwrapping and organizing materials without computer transactions
• Fulfilling ad-hoc requests and Kanban cards for picking and support tasks
• Checking materials, matching paperwork, and sorting items by temperature requirements
• Maintaining cleanliness and security of fridge/freezer areas and workspace

What's Needed?

• Ability to work physically in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Willingness to adhere to safety protocols, including wearing steel-toe shoes
• Good communication skills for coordinating with team members
• Flexibility to work on Thursdays and Fridays, 8 hours per day
