Crew Leader - Snow removal operations (guaranteed hours)

You'll ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to Strathmore's quality standards , while maintaining team morale and clear communication on-site. When a snowstorm is forecast, shifts are posted in our mobile app , and you'll confirm your crew's availability. Teams meet at our LaSalle office and depart together by truck to service our corporate clients across the Montreal area . At the end of each shift, the crew returns together to the departure point . It's hands-on, outdoor work - you'll stay active and lead by example in challenging winter conditions!
