Technical Support Specialist

Our client, a leader in telecommunications and technology services, is seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join their team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting internal teams and external clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Vaughan, ON

Pay Rate: $25.00

Shift: 8 hours per day

What's the Job?

• Optimize cellular bills and facilitate the addition of new suppliers to improve service efficiency.
• Manage and respond to client customer requests within 24 hours, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee and manage cellular invoices, ensuring timely payments aligned with provider due dates.
• Create and configure IoT dashboard user accounts for both internal and external users.
• Evaluate and enhance accounts payable processes to streamline operations and reduce costs.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in technical support or related roles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency with prescribed software applications and portals.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
