Our client, a dynamic organization in the Vernon area, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their dedicated team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an essential part of the customer support department, engaging with clients and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and enthusiasm. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a bubbly, positive attitude, quick learning ability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Vernon, BC
Pay Range: $21/hr Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

What's the Job?

• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Assist customers by providing accurate information and resolving inquiries efficiently
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Support the organization's goals by demonstrating a positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• No prior experience required; training will be provided
