About the Role:

The Sales PT Commission role is designed for a motivated individual who thrives in a flexible, part-time sales environment focused on driving revenue growth through commission-based incentives. The primary objective is to identify, engage, and convert potential customers by effectively communicating the value of our products or services. This position requires building and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. The role demands self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ultimately, the successful candidate will contribute significantly to the company's market presence and profitability through strategic sales efforts.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales or a related customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
  • Legal eligibility to work in Canada.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with commission-based sales roles.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Knowledge of the industry or product line being sold.
  • Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels including phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients, tailoring the sales approach to meet their specific needs.
  • Negotiate sales terms and close deals to achieve or surpass individual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
  • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and explore opportunities for upselling or referrals.
  • Skills:

    The required skills such as communication and interpersonal abilities are essential for engaging potential clients and building trust, which directly impacts sales success. Time management and self-motivation skills enable the candidate to efficiently handle a flexible, part-time schedule while meeting sales goals. Familiarity with CRM software helps in organizing customer data and tracking sales progress, ensuring no opportunities are missed.
