Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leading organization in the energy sector, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the administrative support team, assisting with customer inquiries and data management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Gatineau, QC

Pay Range: $23.70

Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday in office; Wednesday and Friday remote

What's the Job?

• Participate in the administrative management of non-regulated activities
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers, installers, and service contractors
• Perform data entry for rental equipment in various systems
• Follow up with customers in a timely manner when required
• Analyze reports and perform other related administrative duties as needed

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma; College Diploma considered an asset
• Fluent in French (speaking, reading, writing)
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately
