Responsibilities

Perform interior repairs and maintenance on various projects with precision and efficiency.
Read blueprints and technical drawings to accurately execute tasks.
Apply skills such as carpentry, caulking, and painting to ensure high-quality finishes.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and develop solutions.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress.
Assist in project setup and cleanup as needed.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of caulking, painting, and blueprint reading.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
Handyman experience is considered an asset.
Valid driver's license is preferred.
