The successful candidate in this role can expect to earn between $20.00 and $25.00 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers in person, over the phone and through e-mail to respond to inquiries and provide information on where their vehicle is in the repair process.Effectively manage front office operations to ensure efficient organization Provide support to the various departments within the Collision CentreCollaborate with production manager and estimators to ensure vehicles are on track for a timely delivery.Complete booking for estimate and repairsPerform other tasks and duties as required.

Our Ideal Requirements:

A high school diploma and valid Driver's License are requiredPrior experience in an administrative capacity or insurance/collision industry is preferredExceptional customer service and communication skills with the ability to provide service that is fast, easy, caring, right and clearSuperior interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt your approach to different personalitiesStrong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectivelyA team player with a positive can-do attitude
